I am surprised to say I really did not learn all that much. I felt everything was rushed and no real knowledge was put out. I worked in the orderly room so the paperwork (Awards, Memo&#39;s) portion was a snap for me. Other than Land Nav which was a bit of a challenge physically. That hill was no joke! LOL <br />I really felt like I did not learn anything. I would like to hear other SPC&#39;s/SGT&#39;s thoughts as if they felt/feel the same way. I learned a lot about counseling statements as well as learned a lot from each instructor. <br /><br />I could have easily gone into the Basic Leadership Course not learning anything and take each day and learn only what I needed to learn. <br /><br />We can all learn from each course if we put the effort into our own learning.
