Nothing has held me down or stopped me from passing anything I need to do as a soldier, to which, I have never been flagged in my career.

If I drop a packet for AGR, will I need to get a waiver for my 10% from the VA, prior to going or even attempting to drop a packet for AGR? You would have to re file once you get out for it.
