<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So when you do the packet which you can find on HRC my portal it ask you if you receive a rating and it states you will have to waive your disability rating so you would no longer be able to receive that disability through the VA and be in the AGR program. You would have to re file once you get out for it.
