A CSM tapped me on my shoulder and gave me the guidance I was missing on Recruiter duty. Needless to say, I served another 4 years, 7 months after getting medically retired with full benefits. I thank that CSM everyday for caring enough to tell me straight, "You are not ready to retire!" I read between the lines. Once you are disabled, you become labeled by leadership and forced to medically retire. SFC Joey Jimenez Tue, 22 Sep 2015 15:48:20 -0400 2015-09-22T15:48:20-04:00 2015-09-22T11:57:41-04:00
