SSG Private RallyPoint Member 62324 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am PCSing TDY enroute. I have a wife and two kids. Going to Bragg and first need to be Airborne Qualified. I was told by the finance office that I cannot get a certain pay until I receive a 1610. I asked three times consecutively in different ways exactly what money I would get and what conditions have to be met for me to receive the entitlements; Confused every time. I just want to know why I need to have a 1610 to receive an entitlement, and also what entitlement I would open up if I get the 1610 turned in.
