Do anyone understand the meaning of second signature for a va claim and how long does it take to receive it?

I talked with 1800 VA a couple of weeks ago who have a second signature completion date of February 23,2019. Now, it has been moved out for a completion date of March 13, 2019. No information is being requested which the VA stated it’s a internal thing. Do anyone have any idea what this means?

NOVA, the group aside from vet groups and law school vet law clinics, are the very best, I'd be quite surprised if one of their VA attorneys wouldn't know, thee might well be a consult fee involved, our guy cost $500, you hamdt said who was handling your claim, vet group, attorneu, as the case may be, however, they have a search engine, you could also call their off, our claim for !e took six and half years, I've sent the site in many rimes, either that of I'm quite sure your three Congress local staffs for vet claims could find ou, after you'd do their Privacy Act (PA) releases, those are reqd by Federal law, I'd be most eager to hear more, no rush, whenever convenient, of course, hope was of at least some use and/or help, obviously.

The only thing such phrasing connotes to me, assuming I'm right, and that implies a successful claim, is that it might need a second level of review before final approval, of some type, maybe supervisory, that, as well, quite honestly, is as far as my reasoning carries me at the moment, honest, though I'm quite certain the NOVA guys would by all means know, I should think.

By 1800 VA, do you mean the Veterans Benefits Administration, 1800 G St NW? If so, they only pulled up the status on their system, or maybe called the Regional Office that is working on your claim. Same if you called the 1-800 number.
Regardless, the answer suggests your claim has been determined by the claims person working it, and now it will be quality assurance checked for errors. That is a good thing.
It isn't a signal with regard to any particular decision--approved or denied--only that a decision has been reached.
