Ok i have submitted many times my bachelors degree certificated to my S1 and to this date its not on my OMPF/IPERMS. My Transcripts are there and the Degree its on my ERB, i have submitted my Degree Certificated to my New S1 and again no luck, so i think that College Degree Certificates do not go in your IPERMS? Or OMPF?

If you check out Page 37 of the PDF @ http://www.hrc.army.mil/asset/14900 (Required Documents Per AR 600-8-104) it says "1. Transcripts are the only authorized source document for college degrees."

That is correct, the degree certificate was removed from the list of authorized documents about five years ago, because people were forging them. Only transcripts with a raised seal sent directly from the school to CIV ED for verification, certification and perming.
This is what your S1 should have told you when you submitted.

College certificates are very important, so you should definitely get them, if you have difficulties in college, you can pay for an essay on our educational site https://papersowl.com/pay-for-essay, I think this resource will be useful for you and you will successfully complete college and get all the necessary certificates.

SFC (Join to see) No problem. I am strongly considering the study of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I've read that it's technically not Psychology, but after talking with another Soldier who has a terminal degree in the field, it seems to fit my personal interest more than anything else. Are you planning on starting graduate degree while you are still in?
