Do dual military soldiers who are only get one BAH rate? Should they both get BAH? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/do-dual-military-soldiers-who-are-only-get-one-bah-rate-should-they-both-get-bah <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have read over multiple AR&#39;s but I can&#39;t seem to find it in black and white stating that both should receive BAH. From my experience one should receive dependent rate and the other should receive w/o dependent rate. Just want to go to S1 with black and white writing if anyone can point me in the right direction Thank you Tue, 16 Jul 2019 19:28:06 -0400 Do dual military soldiers who are only get one BAH rate? When I was at Fort Ord. One of the company commanders was a first LT. Andy Schmar. His wife a 2lt was a west point grad and his wife as well. Andy commanded the DISCOM at Fort Drum. His wife taught at West Point. I got along fine with Andy. Not his wife. They were both Ordnance. We both had the same senior rater. LTC Ronald V Hite. Retired 3 star. She said something stupid to me at the O-Club and so many words I said do you want me to talk to Hite about your career? She left in a huff. They both got dual. DOD civilians overseas get it. Same JTR. Different Chapters.
