Do I have to attend NTC if I completed an NCOES school in the same fiscal year?

I am a current NG soldier and I have BLC coming up, 10 days following that we leave for NTC. I'm just curious if there is any regulation stating that I do not need to attend NTC

That’s up to your commander, but you have to go. The Army will never be convenient. I’ve gone to JRTC 5 days after Mountain School and 54 days after ALC. You’re not the first person in this situation, and you won’t be the last. I hope that FT Irwin is at least marginally less terrible than FT Polk.

One of the greatest experiences in your military career is the training provided at a readiness center. They are the final step in a units combat readiness. You should be fighting to go instead of trying to get out of it.

Nope, all regs state the opposite.
AR 350-1, NGR 350-1 and your Guard contract all state that you will attend at least 48 MUTAs and at least 15 days of Annual Training.

Beyond that, it is up to your commander if he wants to cut you a break for BLC, and he is under pressure from the BN and BDE commanders for max participation.
