The only exception is if you already have your LPN/ LVN in good standing and reclassified to 68C and AMED C&amp;S allowas it you will attention phase 3 at FT Sam (criticalCare training) then upon completion you will PCS to your new duty station. If, as you said in a other comment, you have a BSN, then you should not be seeing a regular enlisted recruiter but a specialized AMEDD recruiter. Where is your BSN degree from (is it accredited?), what state is your original RN license from, are you eligible for a secret security clearance? You do not need to take ASVAB for a direct commission into the Army’s Nurse Corps if you have a BSN? Why go to school for another year for lesser vo-tech type training in a similar field when the difference in pay and scope of practice is tremendous inside or out of the Army?
