Your NCOs should be the first ones you ask before posting a question like this in a forum. If you got it done in time you should be good. Speak to your Platoon SGT. Thank you for your service. You’re APFT is good for 1 year. Just have your S1 shop update your records and you should be ok. But, because this is managed at the unit the unit may have their own rules. So talk to the S1/PAC as to what the unit rules are. I would be surprised if they made you re-board. But each unit comes up with their own rules. If that's the case and they give you a time when to check it and it's not updated then it means it wasn't done so you go back up there and give a friendly reminder because it's your records. If you are able to make an appointment and you are in the primary or even secondary zone then make time for it because they do prioritize those Soldiers. I used to update ERBs and when I'm doing it my guys know it'll get done because it's part of my job unless it's an area that I cannot access or there's a glitch then I myself will go up higher to bring up the issue. Hope this helps.

C. IF A SOLDIER IS REMOVED FROM THE PROMOTION STANDING LIST BECAUSE THE UNIT
FAILED TO UPDATE A PREVIOUS APFT THE SOLDIER WILL NOT BE REQUIRE TO BE RE-
BOARDED. UNITS MUST USE THE INTEGRATE FUNCTION IN THE PPW TO RETURN THEM TO A
PROMOTABLE STATUS ONCE THE APFT SCORE/DATE IS CORRECTED. FAILURE TO UPDATE
TRAINING/PERSONNEL DATA DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A BASIS FOR AN ARC. REMEMBER
THERE CANNOT BE A GAP BETWEEN APFT DATES. The Soldier must appear to the promotion board again. The S1 cannot bring back the P status without proper ducumentation, for example, board recommendation.
