SGT Private RallyPoint Member 6900864 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am currently in the process of completing my flight packet. I had a few questions regarding moral waivers and what needs one and what doesn&#39;t. I received an article 15 in 2018 and I have been informed that the records are removed after 2 years. So do I submit a waiver for that even though there is not any supporting documents? Also, I have a criminal case on my record from 2014 that was dismissed (with prejudice). Meaning the case was dismissed in my favor because I did not commit the offense. Does it still need a waiver even though I didn&#39;t need a waiver to join? The reason I am asking is because the documents for the case are in my Iperms and I want to make sure I am completing the packet correctly because I do not want it to result in me looking dishonest on my application. Thank you in advance for any help.
