I advise you to go see the doctors to get all your medical issues recorded before you exit out. So the ides system will track you. If you're completely healthy. You probably will not get separation pay. Separation pay is for retirees and those whom involuntarily separated. Good luck on your future career soldier. This is not the forum I would be asking- your local Personnel or Finance could address your specific situation. I left active duty after 4 years on my contract and got a DD214...that was it. If you have contributed to TSP you will have something in the future, but you should not have nay benefit for serving 3 years.
