My s1 is not giving it to me because according to them, I joined after the automatic date of September 30th, 2017 as I joined October 23rd, 2017. However, half the people in my unit have not deployed and who have also been in a year less than I have have the award on their ERB. I have looked on WIKI (haha yes haha) and the HRC website but it is so confusing to me that I am not sure exactly what I am looking for on qualification dates.
