Its essentially a Groupon for Military. They stood up their own military verification system that is called TroopID and that's used by several other websites. I have gotten a couple good deals from them, and would recommend them.

Well in the Northeast you will find some good discounts. I would checkout Hershey's where you can save $20 with a military ID. In addition, you have the Great Wolf Lodge in Ohio which offers a military discounts. Just use the code HEROES.

You can also find more discounts by downloading an free app called Discount Soldier. It is available on the App Store and Google Play.
