Reserves and guard are basically pushed off to the side at DCC for finance and HR issues and the reasoning is you aren’t there long enough for them to worry about or for problems to be fixed before you leave and they’d rather your home unit take care of it. <br /><br />It took me about a year to get BAH type II back pay for DCC, but after multiple emails and back and forth I did get it finally.
