He however still was able to give me AT days (which matters more in my book in terms of meeting mission). Basically, what I&#39;m saying is he blew off most of drill at the cost of getting his MBA, and at the end of all the drama with higher about him being absent so much still came away with 51 points for his year. <br /><br />One really has to bend over backwards to miss a good year. So a normal weekend (or RST) is 4 MUTA x 12 months = 48 points (MAX).<br />AT/ADOS/ATA/RMA/EBDL/Medical appointments are 1 MUTA per day.<br />FY Max ATA = 12, RMA=24, EBDL=12, Medical=12 (these are submitted on 1380s- assuming Navy is similar to Army)<br />You are given 15 points just for membership on top of duty performed.<br /><br />If you attend the minimum of all 12 drills (48 UTA) plus 14 day AT (14 UTA) and add your membership (15) will give you a good year (77 points). But realize your good year is not always the same as the FY, so you do need to review your points.
