Do skill port classes count as promotion points? If so does it go toward correspondence hours or something different?

SGT Private RallyPoint Member AR600-8-19 would seem to support promotions points are award for Skill Port classes.
c. Computer-based training (nonresident training). Maximum points: 78 for promotion to SGT; and 84 for promotion to SSG (these point ceilings are inclusive of the maximum points established above for the overall military education category).
(1) Military correspondence courses and computer-based training provided through ATRRS Self-development or Army e-Learning (https://www.atrrs.army.mil). Soldiers will be granted promotion points based on one (1) point per 5 hours of completed Army Correspondence Course Program (ACCP) training - restricted to courses completed in their entirety. Courses may take up to 12 days to populate from the date of course completion to the PPW for promotion points. Completed correspondence course hours and/or distance learning and Army e-Learning courses that were
completed prior to 22 December 2010 must be updated through eMILPO (RA) or USAR systems. The Soldier must have record of full course completion and the total credit hours for the entire course will be divided by five to determine promotion points. No points will be awarded for sub-course completion. The goal is to finish, in its entirety, a formal course of instruction, at which time the Soldier will be granted promotion points.

The issue may be in verbiage and naming.
The Reg specifies "(1) Military correspondence courses and computer-based training provided through ATRRS Self-development or Army e-Learning (https://www.atrrs.army.mil). "
The term "Skill Port" does not seem to be mentioned... While we may assume Skill Port classes are what the reg refers to as "Computer based" our assumptions and read of the Reg does not really matter.
I would pose your question to the Army G1 site. My experience was, I got real, informative, regulation based and cited "official" answers back in a business day or 5. When they did not respond it was because the help desk person could not come up with an answer and passed it on, where it dies in Que. So if you don't get an response at all in 7-10 business days, ask again.

Do the microsoft ones quick and easy ull get around 80 hrs for the 2007 microsoft courses and then there are 4 more you can do

You can also use it to meet per-requisites for college. For a graduate program I had to prove Accounting proficiency. I took the Accounting 201 and 202 from Skillport. I gave the certificates to the academic counselor. They approved it. It saved me 8 weeks of school and $1,500.

Many soldiers transitioning are also taking the CAPM/PMP for project management.

You can also complete distance learning. There is a CBRN class on ALMS that you register for through ATRRS that is work 80 hours towards computer based training. The maximum points awarded is 78 points, for 400 hours.
