Try to be the first few to start the course, don't drift to the back, you'll just spend more time getting smoked between obstacles. With the runs, just keep up with the guy in front of you, you'll be fine.Response by MAJ Milan George made Oct 18 at 2018 9:59 AM2018-10-18T09:59:24-04:002018-10-18T09:59:24-04:00SSG Shauna Holmes4056673<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Day one. The fallouts went home. I would call the physical piece of Air Assault more annoying than hard, but it's still a challenging course. How is your ruck time? Can you climb a rope?<br /><br />A bit of unsolicited advice: if you can't handle some formation runs you probably shouldn't go. You'll be beat down by the end of it and you have to want to be there to graduate.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 18 at 2018 10:33 PM2018-10-18T22:33:51-04:002018-10-18T22:33:51-04:00SSG James Engols6644746<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>1988 When I went through Air Assault School Black Horse Fulda Germany They took the top 100 pt scores, I run a 1015 for two miles and I was having a hard time on the runs.Response by SSG James Engols made Jan 9 at 2021 7:34 AM2021-01-09T07:34:45-05:002021-01-09T07:34:45-05:00SSG James Engols7065320<div class="images-v2-count-1"><div class="content-picture image-v2-number-1" id="image-607025"> <div class="social_icons social-buttons-on-image">
