I will be retiring at the end of this year with over 32 years of service. My personal experience with transition programs was positive and a good deal of the information was helpful. Although, the program is not tailored to ones individual situation. <br /><br />For example; Transitioning service-members might be more interested in civilian job opportunities versus Retiring Service Members might want to know more about VA benefits, disability claims, Tricare and life insurance. <br /><br />If you are still looking for participants in the study, please let me know and I will send you a test email. While I first exited the active component in 2004, I didn&#39;t have much time to go through the process as my exit was the result of a recent stop-loss being lifted.
