Your post will provide guidance. I can tell you now that we have access to more testing kits, most posts require everyone who came in contact with someone who tested positive to get tested, based on when they were themselves exposed. In the early days, before there were enough test kits, posts just quarantined everyone who came in contact with someone who tested positiveResponse by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 24 at 2021 5:17 AM2021-08-24T05:17:19-04:002021-08-24T05:17:19-04:00SSG Edward Tilton7211437<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>soldiers who are not vaccinated effect the deployability of the entire unit. They need to be transferred out immediately so that the vacancy can be filled with someone qualified.Response by SSG Edward Tilton made Aug 24 at 2021 10:21 AM2021-08-24T10:21:14-04:002021-08-24T10:21:14-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member7212005<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Wait - you're a healthcare specialist (combat medic) and you don't know the procedure for people who are exposed to someone who tests positive? Is this for real? <br /><br />Of all people, you should know your unit's process on when someone is exposed to covid. Your BN aid station at the very least should have sent something out to the companies, let alone medics, on the process for those exposed. If not, them, the BDE surgical cell. <br /><br />I recommend you go talk to your aid station about your unit's process. In my unit, if you're notified that you were exposed to someone who tested positive, you have to go get tested and then quarantine until the results come back. If negative, you return to duty. If positive, go back to the aid station and follow instructions.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 24 at 2021 2:04 PM2021-08-24T14:04:33-04:002021-08-24T14:04:33-04:00SrA Ronald Moore7213505<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Keep us postedResponse by SrA Ronald Moore made Aug 25 at 2021 4:57 AM2021-08-25T04:57:45-04:002021-08-25T04:57:45-04:002021-08-24T03:49:41-04:00
