As long as those security measures are followed, there should be no problems. A jumper over the fence, if stopped outside the building, is appropriate. The failure comes if the jumper gains access to the White House (as it was recently). Travel the world, take a look at other countries... They use similar level (some more, some less) as what we have. In my opinion, the government is of the people, for the people and there should be a degree of access to government by the people. Taking pictures thru the fence, walking close, to the fence, etc need to be allowed. Keep security in place but as low key as required to maintain safety and security. No, how about actually addressing these people's complaints. I am sure that they tried other means of contacting their "leaders" before taking the drastic measure of jumping that fence.
