More often then we have in later wars The U.S. has changed it attitude and has became more aggressive in dealing with rouge leaders like Osama bin Laden. ( Do not take alive)<br />Both the Army and Marines could become merged into 1 force and be streamlined to become a well trained and specialized ground force.<br />This is just my thought I wonder if anyone else sees this as a possibility in the future.
