Muslim extremist claim they will take over everything from within. So to a degree he really isn't out of line in my opinion.

Hard to disagree. It's just the result of population movement and birth rates. He doesn't even say whether it's good or bad. If you think freedom, intellectual honesty, and diversity of thought are worthwhile things, then it's bad.
