There is an obvious double standard and congress is just as guilty by exempting themselves from the laws they pass and hold us accountable to. I watched the 5+ hour long congressional hearing with the FBI director and it did not change a thing. Nothing was revealed that could have justified her not being charged.

Were people really expecting she wouldn't be protected? She's favored by this administration, has been employed by this administration, and will be protected by this administration. The problem is that we haven't demanded accountability in the past for equally corrupt doings of previous administrations, and this is the end result.

Absolutely I have said several times Hillary and Bill Clinton are both judged by a higher standard than the rest of us. But who knows one of these days all the lies that Hillary is spewing out may catch up with her. She has a 2nd State Dept Review to be worried about & the Republicans are preparing to request an investigation by the FBI for her lying before congress. Comey has agree to look into this issue.

Just heard this AM, not verified by other reports yet, but Hillary did not testify under oath with the FBI and no visual, voice or written information could be taken. Anyone getting the feeling she knew that when she said she was 100% sure she would not be indicted?

is not relevant, negligently is just as dangerous and demeaning as knowingly with regard to the safety of the nation. If she was any other Jane Q. Public she would have 100+ indictment charges and defending herself in court rather than running for presidential nomination, ridiculous!

I do not always agree with Rand Paul, but in this case he is dead on target. I spent over 4 years working out of a building where you had to move TS material aside to set down a cup of coffee. Where would I be today had I been extremely careless?

The double standard couldn't be any more evident. But I would add that it isn't just limited to the Clinton's. Had Obama been white, he would have been impeached long ago. White guilt and the desire for political correctness got Obama elected, and are the only reason this treasonous fraud hasn't been impeached yet. Nobody wants to start a race war. But there is a race war going on and our own gov't is orchestrating it.

This Administration opened our borders and is allowing our country to be infiltrated by illegals who have no respect for our laws, and we continue to import terrorist refugees that we can't screen against the popular will of the people. The purpose of this is to change the demographic from white to brown, and from Christian to Muslim. The Obama Administration facilitated the infiltrated by Muslims of our Dept of Homeland Security by appointing Muslims to key positions requiring access to classified information at the highest levels. This is hands down the most corrupt and incompetent Administration this country has ever had, and it refuses to enforce the laws it is tasked to enforce. They obfuscate investigation into their wrongdoing, and then conclude that there is insufficient evidence to proceed with charges and recommend that no actions need to be taken.

By all rights, Hillary is a criminal that shouldn't be allowed to run for office because of the SERIOUS substantiated allegations against her. She rightly should be in jail right now for the breaches of Information Security and destruction of subpoena'd evidence that occurred on her watch, AND she has blood on her hands! WTFO?!!

All you have to do is research cases where Servicemembers have mishandled classified information, either intentionally or unintentionally, and see what the punishments were. You will then have your answer.

I say it is partisan on both sides, and Rand Paul is playing games, because he might have been one of those that corresponded with Hillary by emails too, therefore did not correct her. I notice that there is no list that show the name of the people that corresponded with Hillary. It looks more like Congress playing CYA. Release all the names..
