Do you beleive this one Story from RT (Russian Television) about the underpowered F-35 JSF that loses to and F-16 in a Dogfight?
RT is a Russian cable tv network that is owned by Russia. I am sure some of you may have doubts about this cable channel being a propaganda arm of Russia. I always look carefully to the narrative of the story. This one seems legitimate because of the co- designer of the A-10/F-16 giving

I think there could be some validity to it. My understanding is that the plane really is not a dog fighter and was not really designed to get into what the fighter jocks call the "merge." It was designed to fire off standoff missiles like the AIM-120. The plane is not small. The max weight for an F-16 is around 30,000 pounds I believe the F-35 is almost double that.
