They are already working to build houses for the homeless using this process. I think that this is an excellent idea, especially if the technology becomes so mainstream that they rebuild entire communities within a matter of months or even weeks. They'll be able to print houses. There is no limit to what can be printed, given the correct feedstock (and size of printer). Remember, they don't have to print the WHOLE house...just parts of it that can be assembled. 3d printing is basically macro nanotech.
