There's not many things I truly despise... but "profiteers" are one of them.

When someone says "It should cost X to save someones' Life" and then ups the price of a lifesaving drug because he has the sole capability to produce it, this is not a Person, it is a Monster, and my Ethical response to monster is a "Switch" not a "Dimmer." I have no problem with putting Monsters down.

Now, don't get me wrong, I have zero response with Profit. NONE. I have a problem with Profiteering. I'm not saying he has to give the product away. I'm not even saying he can't increase the pricing. But the "mentality behind the price increases" is what makes him a Monster. And I've got a problem with that.

As an example.

a) Buys company. Realizes that drug is making X profit, and drug should be making X*Y profit to be inline with "market" (comparable drugs). - No problem.

b) Buys company. Realizes that drug is making X profit, and drug "could be making Z profit" because People can't buy extra lives. - Big Problem.

Long Story Short. I don't wish misfortune on anyone, but screw this Monster.
