Well, no, of course not. The question is, are American citizens aware that they are not represented in Washington? Apparently not.

I would offer the view point that most people aren't even aware their views are supposed to be represented. I think we've collectively come to side with whatever the person at the podium in the nice suit says.

Not at all. They no longer listen to their constituent groups. They listen to their peers and lobbyists.

No! But it may be similar to America's failing schools. The majority of folks will tell you how bad our educations system is, but few people will admit that their local school district is in trouble.
