I have, for over a year. About a tablespoon in a little water twice a day. It helps with the arthritis. It is both an anti-inflamitory and an antibiotic.

I don't drink it but I do use it on salads a lot, like almost everyday. I know it is also supposed to help with weight loss which is opposite of what I need. I am starting to wonder if this is the reason my weight is staying low or if its just my overactive metabolism.

What a Waste of Perfectly Good Alcoholic Hard Cider, Let Oxygen get to it and turn it into Vinegar. No hadn't heard about it but I might just try that. It makes sense though.

I did for a while; do a shot of it then I tried to incorporate into smoothies. it just neutralized the acids in my stomach. Didn't really help with weight loss or anything. Just left a sour taste in my mouth.
