I have more fun watching games on Twitch than I do watching games on ESPN.

Yes I do, I watch the top performers and try to figure out what they are doing differently than what I am doing. I am very competitive in nature and I like to pick up stuff from others that are better than me. Now I don't sit down every day to watch it though, also my playing time is not what it used to be. if I get 1-2 hours a week playing games its stretching it. I use it as a means for relaxation or to take my mind away from work, family , etc.

I like seeing gameplay videos just to see how a game really is, trailers are not a realistic depiction of actual gameplay in most cases. That being said, I do occasionally watch a youtube video or catch a livestream. Generally though, some of the peeps I followed on youtube have migrated to twitch and are now charging subscription. I have caught a few twitch vid's, usually from friends who have shared their latest "super kill, so proud, yay me" moment. As for paying to watch other twitch videos, no thanks. My paycheck can go to better things other than watching somebody else play a video game I want to play.

When I was into Madden a few years ago, I would watch the game of the week match ups. Every now and then I will hop on, and browse to see which games are interesting.

I stream occasionally and have several streamers I watch from time to time. Some are friends from back home, some are friends I've met during my career, some are friends I've met strictly through online presence. I prefer the smaller streams, as the chatrooms aren't as inundated with floods of text and trolls. I also think it's a great way to see actual gameplay from a game before pulling the trigger on a purchase, and lots of the streamers I follow are pretty interactive with viewers, so the open dialogue really helps.

Not on twitch but on YouTube. For some reason I can’t get into playing games like I used to
