The officer was responding to reports and the situation was unknown to the officer on approach, he did his job. It is the reaction that I am curious about. If he reacted in any way which was uncooperative, then my answer would be yes.
SFC Private RallyPoint Member Wed, 20 Nov 2013 14:36:14 -0500 2013-11-20T14:36:14-05:00 Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 20 at 2013 2:57 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/do-you-feel-that-army-master-sgt-christopher-grisham-a-fort-hood-soldier-was-wrongly-convicted?n=8743&urlhash=8743

I think that both the MSG and the police officer could have handled the situation more professionally. I'll just say this, if people judged you based off of what they read on the internet, would you trust that they are painting an accurate picture of you? Probably not.

Do I condone what he did? First, that's none of your business. Second, not necessarily.

Do I feel it right to voice an opinion about a Soldier I don't know? Absolutely not, and neither would I publicly judge someone I know. Non-biased, no names? Grisham on his misdemeanor conviction "

He continues to be barred from carrying a concealed weapon under Texas law, but has managed to sidestep that with a loophole from another state.. And unconfirmed rumor (yet, working on it ) that he is claiming he has a right to carry in Texes under LEOSA His CLAIM, as of yet unsubstantiated
"Grisham said that because he is a former federal law enforcement officer he can carry in all 50 states through LEOSA, the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act that recognizes retired law enforcement officers. He cited Chapter 44, Section 18, of the U.S. Code. He was a credentialed U.S. Army counterintelligence special agent with a badge who investigated national security crimes such as terrorism, espionage, sedition, treason and sabotage. Grisham worked with the Joint Terrorism Task Force from 2002 to 2009, he said."

I don't care to see him go to jail, just go away, he has done more harm to the 2A rights of Texans in just a few years then he and his group of self serving individuals will ever do in good.
