Do you feel the President is out of touch with the issues we face?

Ok, so after I heard the speech Sunday night I sat there and wondered what planet Obama was living on cause it can't possibly be Earth.
During his whole speech I felt like he was lost and frankly didn't really give a crap. His last speech before this one........ he's more concerned about Climate change than anything else...seriously, he's living in la la land and not taking the serious issues seriously......or is it me that's on another planet?
Okay, so I was blown away that he actually called the San Bernardino incident an act of terrorism...but still....I don't think he's in the same reality as I am...especially when it comes to ISIS....oh, and the Syrians he's bringing over and dumping in our laps.
Just my two cents.

President Obama has never been in touch with the heart and soul of America. He sees the world through the prism of his own ideological delusions. His positions on climate change, gun control, energy, and numerous other issues reflect his flawed ideology. We can only hope he doesn't damage the country more than he already has before he leaves office.

SFC (Join to see) I don't think its right to just go on a rant about Republicans being Racist. I'm sure you have soldiers that are Republican that are far from racist. Im positive that there are Democrats that are racist just like there are Republicans. To try and use racism to win an argument is just wrong. People of all beliefs, races, and creeds can be racist it isn't just limited to republicans.

So low unemployment, universal healthcare, low gas prices don't count? He cares more about people than any Republican. Usually Repukelicans are the ones living in another planet since they do not see the reality of issues affecting our country.

SFC (Join to see) - There is no such thing as Universal Healthcare, if you look at BLS statistics (U6). and the labor participation rate you will find that the actual unemployment/underemployment rates exceed 15% (people also are counted twice if they have to work two part time jobs). Now for the low gas prices. He has little to do with short term volatility, if you want credit for that, you take responsibility for the losses in the stock market and associated job losses.

Did George Bush took responsibility? Obviously not...all I am saying is we are better with Obama than Bush. I have to give credit to our actual President who handle diverse issues very civilized taking into account that the Congress has been against anything that he supports with no alternate initiatives.

Please Understand: The President see way more than what we see each day! I Stand by him! I trust his Judgment in regards to making the Right Decisions! Now, I must admit, I have questioned a few Foreign Policy decisions! That only comes from having position of being outside and only looking in!

SPC Andrew Griffin - The questions I posed were, do "you actually think that if you were on the inside, that you would agree with the POTUS decision to sell/give nuclear technology to Iran?", and, Can you "actually see a benefit to allowing such technology to a country whose people chant, "Death to America", within 24 hours of the announcement of the agreement?".
I am not asking this out hate, it's just a discussion, and I am really interested to hear if you can really support the POTUS position when he makes decisions like these. Any answer is not a wrong answer, even if I disagree. We are just talking politics. Absolutely no worries !!

SPC Andrew Griffin - Don't make any deals with nations that openly or knowingly support terrorism. Why help advance a terrorist nation by giving them the ability to develop nuclear weapons sooner than later. The longer we delay their abilities the better chance we have of stopping them.
