My last annual checkup was via the distant Global Meds platform, and it worked great. No more waiting for the Dr. to show up. They connect and your in business.

no excellent response I would like to start going to va hospital do
not know how long my wife will have her company insurance do
not how I would qualify mine local va is zablocki in Milwaukee wis

No we have a good clinic up here in my area. Wish I could get my ID card but I don't want to drive to Saginaw. Soc # gets it done thankfully.

When I got out of the army I signed up for VA health care. I was put into tier 2. When I signed up I was told "you are signed up for life."
EVERY year I had to re-sign up.
Is there a way to actually sign up for life?

Found out the VA doesn’t do annual physicals anymore. They do annual interviews. And flu shots. Good thing I have Medicare And Tricare for Life.

I went to the va hospital Emergency room three separate times was treated quickly. But need it back surgery couldn’t get it at the Philadelphia ba hostpital how do use my wife’s private medical insurance to get the surgery needed

Homed-based Primary Care and Mental health are on Telehealth and VideoConnect is awesome.. Specialists(Gastro, Dermatology, Optometry, etc) on Telehealth and VideoConnect and home CONSULTS would be great for Agoraphobia and Lab Coat Syndrome, as a result of a staffer/motorist struck me, while hobbling n the middle of the crosswalk.between medical appointments.

Yes. Other than home-based Primary Care with Telehealth and VideoConnect with Mental Health, the need for specialists(Gastro, Dermatology, Optometry, etc) for people diagnosed with Agoraphobia, Lab Coat Syndrome, Tomophobia) ,aggravated PTSD with mental, physical and emotional suffering from staffer/motorist struck me as I hobbled in the middle of the crosswalk, enroute to medical appointments.

I live about 30 miles north of the Seattle VA. This past year my specialist and I utilized Telehealth. I was also her first "test balloon." I did not have to go to an "area station" I was able to use my laptop from home. A Seattle VA computer technician hand held me through the set up process via phone. A few clicks later on my computer and presto! I felt it was a win/win for both me and my specialist!
I love the option of using ATLAS and Telehealth. Thank you.

I've received nothing but the best of care from my local VA... however, when applying for a service-connected injury it seemed very "convenient" that my records for that time-frame were "lost" leaving the injury - the months of physical therapy - the braces - etc all just a matter of "my word".

Actually, glad we need more Doctors. We are extremely remote. Nurses can be excellent some can just patch and not see a potential problem. More Docs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
