Do you get the 9/11 Bill if you are medically separated/discharged?

So turns out I got Eczema on my feet, it's caused by the boots I believe. I may be put up for a med board/separation in a month or two. Would I be eligible for the 9/11 bill if I get a med discharge?

The rule is if you served at least 36 months on a 36 month or greater contract you keep all the GI Bill. If you separate earlier you receive a prorated portion that equals one month of benefits for each month of service, as long as you are separated with an honorable discharge.
