I used to develop a checklist for daily duties and tasks when I was a leader SSgt Alex Robinson.
Pre-printed lists may offer some value; but, I found that I was better able to generate a list once I understood the strengths and weaknesses of the team and what we needed to do.

Honestly, I'd be interested to see what a leadership checklist looked like. There are so many different leadership styles that I'm not sure anything other than a basic checklist would have a lot of value.
