<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It will depend on the Commander. You can submit a request to transfer, but that doesn't mean they will sign approval for the transfer request.MSG Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 20 Mar 2020 13:33:01 -04002020-03-20T13:33:01-04:00Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 20 at 2020 1:40 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Not that I now of, some units are more transfer friendly than other units. I knew a brigade commander whose philosophy was if you don't want to be here I don't want you here. I have seen a battalion commander who refused to send transfer papers up to brigade because it messed up his matrix. A few IG complaints and the brigade commander came knocking on his door.SSG Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 20 Mar 2020 13:40:33 -04002020-03-20T13:40:33-04:00Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 20 at 2020 2:13 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Gaining commanders no longer need to sign 4651R for TPU transfers as of 2years ago. For promotions, need to stay min 1 year.SFC Private RallyPoint MemberSat, 02 May 2020 01:07:14 -04002020-05-02T01:07:14-04:002020-03-20T13:30:38-04:00
