When I was the interviewer, I paid close attention to how an individual talked about previous companies. Bad mouthing with a bad attitude a former company simply isn't professional. However, if an interviewee had factual evidence and stated a negative view of a company without displaying a bad or disgruntled attitude...I took that in stride.
