This giant Saudi Arabian tent camp is empty. How many refugees are seeking asylum elsewhere and overwhelming unprepared 'western nations'?

Only 8 km from Mecca in Saudi Arabia, this giant tent camp is located.

It can accommodate 3,000,000 (3 million) people, but not a single refugee is allowed.

It has tents with air condition and all tents are fire proof.

It is used once a year, during the "mass visit" of Muslims for the pilgrimage to Mecca, a mandatory religious duty for Muslims that must be carried out at least once in their lifetime by all adult Muslims who are physically and financially capable of undertaking the journey, and can support their family during their absence.

The pilgrimage occurs from the 8th to 12th of Dhu al-Hijjah, the last month of the Islamic calendar, and that is when the enormous tent camp is used.

The rest of the year it is empty.

Saudi oil reserves are the second largest in the world, and Saudi Arabia is the world's leading oil exporter and second largest producer. In other words, wealthy beyond belief.

In a previous article it is said that the six wealthy Gulf countries - Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain - have offered to receive exactly zero Syrian refugees.

Did you ever wonder why these countries won't help their fleeing Arabic Muslim companions?

One word: Hijra

Hijra is the Arabic word for "migration", used to besiege new territories, as the Islamic prophet Muhammad and his followers did when they besieged Medina in the year 622, and the same way 56 nations have become Islamic until now.

Now Europe is up for grabs.

Wetbacks? Not cool. In addition, the tent city is for people making their pilgrimage to Mecca. The people that come here in search of better life may need to be sent back if they come here illegally, however they still deserve to be treated like people who deserve respect and whatever help we can give them.

You do not believe Muslims and Muslim countries should assist one another as most of the organized religions in the U.S. assist others in need?

That has little or nothing to do with your original statement that we should send people who emigrate here (presumably illegally) across the Rio Grande to Saudi Arabia. I'm glad to see you have changed it.

Now you that have changed the conversation to Gulf Oil states and why they are not volunteering to handle refugees I'll point your attention to three facts. First, most refugees would have to pass through the war zone to get to those Gulf Oil states. Second, those countries are run by dictators that we support... they are not lands of opportunity, they are run by people with an ideology very similar to Daesh. If they did go there, they would no doubt be put to work in slave labor like conditions in countries where the temperature can hit 120 degree's. That's not a fate I would want for anyone, much less refugees from a war that is at least partially our fault.

It's too late to ' respectfully ' ask Charles to edit wetback ! That's how he feels about illegal immigrants ! He wrote it and I'm sure Charles is not about to take it back !

SGT Lou Meza - Please don't mistake my desire to achieve a good outcome (getting him to remove the offensive term without starting a confrontation) with agreeing with the use of the word.

K done, That was not the point of the post to start with! I know how to edit posts!
This post is to cause you to wonder why the refugees are fleeing Westward, away from their "own", who have not extended a hand as a token of friendship and brotherly love.
