I found some success in Wordpress for blogging for a class. I prefer wix for website construction. The wix website is fantastic, incredibly user friendly and easy to maintain.

I don't want to debate CMS's in this thread as the focus was meant to be on the effect GDPR has on privacy concerns. WordPress added some awesome features which are pointed out in the article.
