Do you need an ETP to pcs?

I’m supposed to arrive at my unit on September 20th and I’m trying to leave my unit end of this month

In some cases yes. If it is a regular PCS then your unit would have to work on getting your an ETP. I think they are at the first General Officer for approval.

The real question is does your post require an ETP to PCS, or does your gaining unit require an ETP because it’s a red state? It’s a very complicated situation right now. Talk to the Reassignment section at your post, every post seems to have different policies in place
