This is similar to memos that authorize Good conduct medal and ARCAMS. Usually the POC to review the record is the Senior motor Sergeant, though I bet the forman (WO) can also sign off.<br /><br />I am pulling from memory cells that are 10 years old. I got mine as an E-4 in Korea back in the day.
