This just popped up even though its two and a half year old but Ill answer. I have a custom made Army gold ring that my late wife gave to me back in 1978. I occasionally wear it. I had a bout nine years of military service then and it signifies my pride in service and it still does. Several people thought it was a West Point ring but I wasn't smart enough for that! LOL

I have my Senior Enlisted Academy Ring. My knuckles have swollen and I can no longer wear it, would love to. This to me was a pinnacle point in my career. Still hae to get me a Navy Ring for my service.

CDR Laurel Meadows
I bought one in Basic Training, back in 74, but I have no idea where it is. I bought a ring (not a Navy ring) in Afghanistan which I wear on weekends (I work in an industrial environment) to remember why we were there.
