As far as I can tell, that is only possible with the Green to Gold Non Scholarship option. I'm finding it a bit difficult to find information about the Non Scholarship option when compared to the other options, but so far I am tracking that I will need:

1. 4187 signed by my BC
2. Acceptance letter from the PMS and the ROTC program of my school
3. DODMERB medical exam
4. Waivers

Do you prepare a packet for the Non Scholarship option? If so, where is it turned in? Are letters of recommendation needed for the Non Scholarship option or is it just the aforementioned forms?

Thank you and best regards,

SPC Isaiah Roe.
