1. Russia gains leverage and favor that benefit it through decreased sanctions and opposition when it tries to secure more land - ie the Ukraine. It also gains favor for trade programs with the US. And it gains support for its actions against ISIS - even if they aren't really against ISIS.

1. Actually with Trump's energy policies Russia stand to get hurt, very badly. Trump is/will continue to push more energy sources and will no doubt approve more production which will lower the cost per barrel on the market. This will crush Russia as it is one of their primary economic drivers. Lower crude costs kill them. The dems policies would have been far better for Russia.

1) What Russia gains is the ability to take advantage of the $500 Billion investment in drilling for Russian oil made by Exxon before the sanctions were imposed on Russia after it invaded Ukraine.
2) The Trump administration de-facto IS throwing America under the bus, when POTUS goes off the rails with his tweets, leaving uncertainty in the world about his policies (if he had policies instead of tweets!), with his clearly unconstitutional Executive order(s) and his blatantly ignorant refusal to even listen to intelligence professionals about our national security.

Think about this people, we put a man into office that was known and proven to do anything for a dollar. Cheat his workers, use the tax code to the fullest to evade paying any taxes, while taking full advantages of every handout his lawyers could find. He calls himself smart -- but unless you make what he does, you don't mean anything at all to him. You know this but some how don't care.

Sad that people in the military who held security clearances cry, "no evidence" knowing that such information remains classified until it's either edited and redacted and declassified. Much like this administration, all I see is convenient excuses that don't hold up to sound logic. Do I believe that this administration would sell out? Name one POSITIVE thing the administration has accomplished since January 20 besides controversy and scandal. People place trust in things that have a track record of failure just to sooth their political sensibilities and throw logic out the window. Cynical as I am I'd have to say Yes! Question One = World wide and domestic prestige. Question Two = Depends on what is meant by sell out. Do I think overt military action against the U.S. would be rebuffed? Sure! Do I think the administration would take more than verbal action if Russia decided to "rejoin" the Baltics or decide to build bases in places where they never have? Doubtful (IMO). Question Three = I think Herbert Hoover said it best "The Vice-Presidency is as worthless as a warm bucket of spit." The Veep has little to no power.
Although I did not vote for either candidate I still remember my oath and will not disrespect the man or the office. And I really wish Twitter would bar him.

I think these questions become more relevant as time passes by. Especially following the G-20 Summit.
1. They gain a greater influence in the our intelligence community. They have tried before using moles (Robert Hanssen and Aldrich Ames).

1. They haven't gained anything at this point, or at least nothing we know of. Easing of Russian sanctions would allow many things - principally oil drilling estimated to be $ 500 billion. Less support for NATO that could lead to more adventurism by Russia in Europe. A better business climate that would allow Trump and supporters to capitalize on pending issues. Restoration of the Russian diplomatic compounds in MD and NY. Further PR gains for Russia due to the appearance of US cooperation after the election.

Not Trump individually but with the cooperation of (R) Congress healthcare changes that could result in less coverage with higher premiums, no healthcare for an est. 22 million over the next several years, and could amount to $541 billion in tax breaks for the wealthy. Their tax reform agenda remains to be seen but it's reasonable to expect more tax breaks for the wealthy at the expense of the middle class. Easing environmental restrictions that could allow more damage. Weapons sales to countries with questionable motives, such as Turkey. The $ 110 billion ($ 350 billion over next 10 years) Saudi deal was significant because it's common knowledge that SA indirectly arms and finances many terror factions. The deal also represents a softening of the U.S. position on the widely criticized Saudi-led coalition in Yemen's civil war. 15 of the 19 attackers on 911 were of Saudi nationality.

3. Pence will do whatever it takes to survive. He has been less than vocal so far, so he can step up as POTUS in the event of the removal of Trump. He would not have been able to be elected on his own merit so he likely sees this as an alternative means to an end. Meanwhile he is just keeping quiet and hoping to avoid the fallout of any Trump allegations.

None of these have occurred and they possibly never will, but remain as potentials. These are not all-inclusive but some of the main ones. For now it makes good opposition speech and nothing more.

Russian lawyer and "lobbiest" meet with Trump Jr to talk about "adoption". In a quid pro quo, Trump fires the lawyers investigating the Prevezon case in March 2017 and the case is settled for $2M.

7. Trump kills the CIA mission supporting rebels in Syria. This has been an issue for Putin since it started under Obama.
Do't forget Flynn's involvement meeting with Russians. That is not a Democratic party fabrication.

I remember reading an article in Time magazine a couple years ago about how Russia was in financial trouble and the only way to climb out of it was war and getting sanctions removed. The Federal Reserve Act was the final surrender of The Declaration of Independence and after that America has acted in diametric opposition to everything the founders intended. We no longer even have Capitalism because Capitalism requires a competitive Capital Supply. The Federal Reserve Act gave a monopoly on the U.S. capital Supply back to a privately held British firm which acts as the financial services conglomerate for the European Aristocracy, and the 16th Amendment pays them the tax on the paper money that no U.S. Government representative has any representative control over the issuance of. That is the same tax that was in the Stamp Act at 3% that is referred to in classrooms across the country when we are taught the Revolution was over "taxation without representation"; and that is exactly what we have today. Shortly thereafter we entered WWI to protect that capital supply, WWI being a continuation of the Crimean War which was an Aristocracy family feud over which families gained control over which oil fields. Every War since then, including the Cold War and these current wars has been a continuation of the same and a violation of the Founders edict of "No standing army, and stay out of Europe's wars." The Federal Reserve Act lead to the Great Depression which hit globally and when multiplied with the Treaty of Versailles created the situation in Germany which lead to Hitler's rise and the Holocaust while simultaneously our defense of Aristocracy Imperial holdings in the South China Sea/SE Asia region is what lead to Pearl Harbor and the Pacific Theater of WWII. The Cold War was fought to assure the Bolsheviks could not succeed in ending Feudalism, basically they fought the same revolution the Founders fought; unfortunately we surrendered before their revolution otherwise we would already be a space faring species. This is why the Founders said "stay out of Europe's wars." The wars today are just a continuation of protecting a Feudal financial system and maintaining global control for a set of families the founders fought to free us from.

So you see, we have been dragging under the bus for ove 100 years now. Putin is a Bolshevik, and China has bought most of the world's resources using the debt we handed them for cheap consumer goods. Russia stands to gain quite a bit.
1.a Weakening of sanctions. Sanctions are in place against many of Putin's friends, the oligarchs controlling the Russian government. These are the people that profited from the invasion of Georgia and Ukraine. Weakening sanctions essentially give Putin a "pass" for those invasions and would not discourage him from similar assaults to Finland, Latvia, Estonia, etc.
b. Read about Prevezon Holdings.
c. Weakening NATO. NATO is the only thing really holding Putin back from trying to expand eastward into its old satellite states.
d. weakening US standing on the world stage. While many people object to the US as the "world police", the role of the "leader of the free world" is also to use political pressure to resolve trade issue, assist other countries in times of emergency, etc along with the United Nations. Without the US filling this roll, Russia and China will undermine US influence in areas like eastern Europe, the South China Sea, etc.
2. Yes and YES. Trump has lots of investors from Russia in his businesses. Read about Prevezon Holdings. Some of that is "dirty money" being laundered by organized crime into New York real estate. Trump needed help when his casino's and other companies went bankrupt. Russian banks and oligarch stepped in when his US lenders wouldn't lend any more and wanted to be paid back. This is one reason he refuses to release his tax returns. The tax returns would provide a paper trail to the Russian oligarchs and other foreign banks that he owes. For Trump the only thing that matters is protecting his money and his ego.
3. Pence probably didnt know the extent of Trump's involvement with the Russians when he signed up for the job. Being the good, "God fearing" christian he is, Pence won't do anything to upset the status quo.
I do believe that the generals, e.g. Kelly, Mathis and others didn't know about Trump's engagement with the Russians. They won't "roll over" and throw the country under the bus. I believe they will let Trump and the country flounder but won't let things "get out of hand". I believe they too didn't know the extent of Trump's Russian connections when they signed up. But even now, they'll do what they can to protect the military services while the executive branch continues to embarrass itself.

Russia is a structurally (to include the military) weak country with a small population and a lot of land. The economics since 1990 have bee one series of corrupt government after another, Putin is the latest one. It is not the US's job to change the Russian Government. Sory guys/gals but the US military is but lousy at Nation Building. Our weak senior chain of command can't do wars very well but the are totally inept of Nation Building. It not the fault of those O8 and below, those above are not good at war and have no intellectual interest or education in Politics, Economics and Culture. The three and four stars can't see why attacking corruption at high levels of government are more important then getting Propane and indoor stoves and small ovens into the mud hut villages. Finally on Vice President Pence, no he would not make a good President, he is to bound to antiquated Evangelical Christian dogma that simply has no place in 21st. Century America. Any man who won't have lunch or dinner with a female with out his wife present is not mature enough to deal with the issue of the 21st Century. After six months I see that most of the trouble people are having with Trump is not really the issues but Trumps message delivery and his self gratifying me first style. Move trump's position out of the augments and the boisterous delivery and I thing you will find a middle of the road New York liberal.

1. They gain a compromised President who they can subtly or not so subtly influence to get changes in US Policy favorable to their interests. They get sanctions lifted, perhaps. They get their spy houses in the USA back. They get more latitude in the Middle East, specifically, wrt Syria. No need to go on - there are all kinds of things all over the world. In what way? From what perspective? From a post 1914 perspective, you bet, he wants to see the Federal Reserve collapse. From a Founders' perspective allowing the Fed to collapse is necessary, but only if we get back to their Resource Based Economy rules and Free Market Capitalism uses which require a Free Capital Market where anyone with backing resource to create currency from it.

Where Gaddafi failed, China is succeeding, and the funny thing is, they are using our debt to do it. They are making friends where we are making enemies, and it's all thanks to WalMart. The one person America has going for us in this whole scenario is Secretary Mattis. He has the respect required to take over in this kind of threat and the ability to retask the military industrial complex and mobilize them in a constructive, rather than destructive, manner. The only question is, "Does he have a plan?" The thing that can save us from a confrontation with China over our autonomy is the ability to produce more food than we would under their management. Luckily that would be easy to do if we invest 1 year's defense budget into Urban Agriculture infrastructure combined with hydrogen fuel infrastructure. Not only that, wwe take care of our homelessness and underemployment issues at the same time.
It will be interesting to see what October brings with the 100th anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution. It would be nice if we actually started investing in a replacement economy before then.

1. "United we stand. Divided we fall." The mere fact that the US is so damn divided negatively impacts our national security and aids Russia's position in the world. It is a well established fact that Russia is actively trying to drive a wedge through the heart of America. It baffles me that the political party that once chanted the mantra "Better dead than Red" suddenly views their great adversary as a harmless chum.
2. Yes I believe DJT would do virtually anything in his personal interest. He would sell out the USA as quickly as he sold out the USFL (US Football League) if he thinks it would help him get something he wants. He has a well established personal history of such behavior. Simply compare his *talk* about America First versus the *actions* of DJT and his various companies. He says hire Americans but his companies always seek H1B Visas to hire foreign workers here in America. The vast majority of Trump and Ivanka products are made overseas by foreign workers. He talks one way and acts another way. Sort of like not donating any of the money raised in the name of veterans until after reporters call him on it; or promising money to a grieving Gold Star dad but not paying until after it hits the news. Or compare his rants about the costs of Obama's golf habit versus his actions and his personal golf habit. The man is a fraud that is always looking to take care of himself.
3. In 2016 and early 2017, I ignorantly held a higher opinion of the VP but he has since lost my confidence. Spiro Agnew stuck with Nixon almost to the end and Pence tends to try to clean up after Trump far more than he avoids going along with things. Pence is one of the few in the White House Trump has not been mad with. IMHO, Pence is already looking at becoming the 46th President one way or the other. Back in May, Pence quietly became the only first-term VP in history to form his own political-action committee (PAC), the Great America Committee. His credibility and integrity are already in tatters with a large segment of the population. IMHO, the self-billed "Rush Limbaugh on decaf" has quite a few strange ideas of his own.

IMHO - Hillary would have been horrible, but Donald is not any better. They are BOTH AWFUL. Clinton and her group can go to jail for any crimes they participated in, while Trump and his group can do the same. At this point, both the Rep & Dem political parties are bad for America.

1. Russia has a lot to gain from having access to our national security services... This isn't to say they currently have access or will in the future but come on, don't act like Russia wouldn't profit off a stooge in the white house.

I think that is a serious and a silly question all at once. The short answer is no, of course. Although, there are dems that feel this way because Killary and Grandpa Bernie we’re well on their way to doing just that. Killary has thrown Americans under the bus in all actuality and at least 4 that are confirmed died because of it. I suspect that any halfway decent investigator could prove that there are over 50 more kills to her credit. Bernie and his attaché were willing to have the federal government pay for education, health care and a hundred other things that the federal government has no business being involved in. Too many people forget that the highest form of government in the US is at the individual state level. Any state can enact laws that negate federal law so long as it is better for their people. We live in a republic and that’s how it works. Get used to it.

Trump is out for Trump and has been actively courted by the Soviets and now the Russian Federation since 1997. If he had been trying to get a TS Clearance the way most of us have had to, by undergoing a rigorous background investigation, those business connections would have been enough to deny it. I had to disagree with so many of my extended military family, but this really looks to me a lot like treason. I have no doubt that the administration would sell out the United States, based on the idea that"what good for General Bullmoose" is good for the USA. Folks, he insulted and sold out NATO until forced to step back; we are embarrassed by our "withdrawal" from the Paris Climate Accords despite the overwhelming world agreement with them. He lies with impunity; selling out the USA is no different than lying about the size of the crowds at his inauguration. Pence was a failure as a governor and never introduced successful legislation as a Congressman. He's chosen to neuter himself -- none of us who know how the military works would expect Flynn to have done any of the things he did without clearance from above. They knew...they knew...they knew. I think a lot of you aren't being objective. RallyPoint clearly has a right-leaning bent, and any response that starts with "Dems covering for election losses" is almost wilfully negligent of a couple of facts. I may even agree that there's an effort to push off the DNC and Clinton's inadequacies on Russian influence, but that's not the whole story by a long shot.

1. What does Russia have to gain?
With South Ossetia and Crimea, Russia has been profoundly expansionist in the last decade under Putin, and temporarily, Medvedev (we know who still was in power). This has rightly made Poland, other former Soviet bloc, and Baltic states rightly nervous. As such, we've increased our commitment to them significantly. We're fielding tens of thousands of Guard soldiers through these states at an unprecedented scale. We have ongoing operations in Poland literally named "Deter Russian Aggression."
Anyone that avers that Russia has nothing to gain from leverage on the executive branch clearly lacks situational awareness.
HOWEVER, before some conservative tears into me, I would point out that the fact that these missions continue at the same pace as under the previous administration may mean Russian influence is overstated.

But there is evidence. Manafort, Flynn, Sessions, etc. How significant these things may be isn't clear, but there's plenty of evidence Russia *tried*, and they did make contact with the administration, without dispute, prior to Trump's victory and during the transition. This is a matter of fact now, not subject for debate.
2. Would the administration sell out America? I'd like to believe no, but the reality is, some may not see suffering Russian expansion as "selling out America." Any response here is subjective. The previous two administrations already sat on their hands with South Ossetia and Ukraine, so I'm not convinced countering Russian expansionism has changed. Being on less adversarial terms with Putin seems to have little impact on the ground. Russia is going to do what Russia is going to do. We have coequal branches of government, and Congress may push action where the President might not. And we have to evaluate for ourselves whether Russian expansionism is a bigger strategic threat to us than China's growing assertion in the Pacific.
3. What VP Pence would do is almost immaterial. I'm not convinced he has a significant role in present foreign policy. I believe now as I did when he was selected that he was an appeal to a conservative base who were rightly dubious of Trump's moral fiber. I do believe that at some point, VP Pence will be POTUS.

This issue has legs, whether we want to reduce it to partisanship or not. I also don't think it bears being pigeonholed into a black and white, he did/he didn't, frame.

There is plenty of evidence to substantiate cooperation between foreign governments and both campaigns, the only question is... did either campaign cross a legal line. There is clear evidence several in the Trump campaign did break the law, however it doesn't appear that there is anything that can be directly linked to Trump.

Given the tone of some of the other responses I feel compelled to inject some common sense.

A. Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election happened. It is an incontrovertible fact that every single national intelligence gathering agency agrees on. The question isn't whether or not it happened, but to what extent. The primary means seems to have been deliberately flooding social media with false information that was viewed and shared by millions. (propaganda for lack of a better term.) There is some evidence that russian linked hackers also researched more direct interference regarding how to hack voting machines. HOWEVER there is no publicly available evidence showing that piece was ever put into action. Everything I have written above is factual information that can be confirmed by literally hundreds of reputable, documented sources. As long as you avoid the extreme left sites- MSNBC, Huffington Post, Occuppy Democrats, etc. and the extreme right- Fox News, Conservative Daily, Tucker Carlson, etc. it will take less than 5 minutes to confirm.

B. Given those facts the collusion investigation is not a "leftist fantasy". The point of the investigation is to determine if the Trump campaign knew about and actively participated in the Russian interference or was an unwitting beneficiary. Secondarily it is meant to determine if the campaign/administration took steps to hide their involvement and/or influence the investigation to prevent it discovering the same. Both of those actions would be highly illegal and should be investigated. Why? The constitution of the United States is meant to, among other things, ensure a democratically elected representative government. If a candidate for president is allowed to openly consipire with a foreign governement to win an election it completely invalidates that process. Do we know for sure that happened? No. THAT'S WHY THERE HAS TO BE AN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION. This should not be a partisian issue. Nor is it about the outcome of the 2016 presidential election. It is about ensuring we can maintain the integrity of our electoral process. Period.

As for the other questions:
1. Russia could potentially gain an executive branch that is in their debt and would be more likely to respond positively to their requests/interests. EX/ Trump intially spoke repeatedly about closer ties with Russia and immediately set about relaxing Russian sanctions put in place by Obama.

2. Simple- To win. Trump was a deeply flawed candidate for the presidency. Even pitted against another deeply flawed candidate, Clinton, there was a strong chance he could lose. Secondarily it is possible, given his refusal to release financial information, that he has strong monetary ties to Russian buisnesses. I will not speculate on that relationship without more information.

3. Maybe. If it ensured victory, they didn't have to actively participate, and was unlikely to be discovered, Pence and key members of the GOP might've been willing to turn a blind eye. This also assumes that they knew before/while it was happening not after. Afterwards (yes I know I'm being cycnical- but I don't have much trust for politicians of either party) they would be willing to go along until Trump became too much of a political albatross/liability. At which point he'll be sacrificed and they'll deny having known anything about it.

Lastly would Trump throw America under the bus? If there was a benefit to himself, Trump Inc, his family, friends, or croonies, absolutely. I do not trust he would do something that would be morally right or benefit the country at large if there was any sort of a negative impact on him personally.

I really do not understand how any member of the US military can support President Trump. The man had no leadership ability. If he were in your chain of command at the battalion level or lower you would most likely hate him. Why? Because he is a hypocrite who expects all subordinates to follow every rule, but does not follow them himself. He brags of how great he is, but hasn’t accomplished anything to prove it.
And before you respond that Obama was also a terrible leader, you should remember that Obama served his community in some of the worst parts of Chicago as a leader before embarking on a political career. The only one that Trump has ever served is himself.

First of all I think that any Russian intervention in our elections has been going on for decades. You only hear about it now because they are doing this through computers which can be traced easier than some clandestine spy trying to throw a wrench into our gears. But that's the least of our problems. I think there has been unbelievable looting going on in congress and the election of Trump,which everyone swore was impossible, has upset the apple cart in DC so that those congressmen who are doing the looting are now scared to death they will get caught. The chain of good old boys who "won" elections over and over has been interrupted and Trump will crucify them if he catches them.
It has to be the money. Why would so many congressmen be interested enough in the World Government to throw our American way of life to the dogs and let some foreign board of directors rule our country? It just doesn't figure.

2. We’ve already seen signals that they have. George Popodopolous bragging to an Australian about Russia having damaging dirt on Clinton; Don Jr’s correspondence with Natalya Veselnitskaya.

3. Congress is—at the very least—enabling him. Devin Nunes, who was on the Trump transition team, chaired the House Intelligence Committee, where the Republicans claimed no evidence of collusion, without allowing Dems to finish their investigation—or Mueller to finish his.

And for all of you supporting Trump but bashing Obama, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Trump mocked a POW (McCain: “I like my war heroes not to have been captured); he took a Purple Heart from a vet and said “I always wanted one of these—this was much easier”; he denigrated a gold star family (the Khans). His comments about Kaepernick are appalling; each and every one of you served to protect the very freedom of speech that his protest utilized. Yet Trump condemned him, and urged for him to be fired. Just saw the video a few days ago where Trump said that if "Patriotic soldiers were not paid, that the National debt would be paid of", then he continued to say something to the likes of "Are they really patriotic if they get paid to be Soldiers?" We are Soldiers whose main duties are to defend the Country, Constitution, our people and our way of life.. and possibly many government buildings. It is the Secret Service's job to protect and defend the President. Why all of a sudden are we having such questionable dealings and open dialogues with Putin?? I give the Russian people more credit than their leader. I take personal insult from any president that criticizes or minimizes the role of the American Service member, when they themselves never served or draft dodged by medical means. You can have all the faith you want in what you may have voted for. As Service members i believe we were created to defend the country from tyranny and dictatorships.. you know, the kind that start removing key personnel from top government positions because they don't agree with your plans and threaten your standing as the country's current leader. Maybe you haven't noticed that he wants to have parades, just like Kim Jong Un and Putin. Wants to start executing drug dealers, just like Duterte. When you hold a military parade, it should be in recognition of its military members and not a boast of power. We as Americans are better than that and should show a bit to humility when it comes to the mighty strength we hold as country.. I am very middle in my political beliefs. So i can say i am unbiased when it comes to our country's leaders. I wasn't too happy with Obamas move on rescuing Bergdahl, and then pardoning the spy whatever-the-heck-his-name-was "Manning". All that was a sh#t show. I also would never have voted for Killary, too many people suicide around her. Nuff said.. many of you from either side are too blind to see what your selected leaders are doing and forget that your country comes first.

Foreign interference is common in elections even by the U.S. My response: Russia gained a pseudo seat at the table, since Trump has been in office all actions against Russia have been hindered or curtailed to one degree or another. They also got an advocate that is constantly trying to deflect attention away from them at every turn. Just this morning a new report about hackers linked to Russia came out from Microsoft. But since even before Putin took this Presidents virginity in Helsinki, not a peep or tweet about how the nation can go about addressing this continuous intrusion into our society.

2. Why do you believe the Trump administration would conspire with Russia? I think they know they have a person who they can manipulate and control. A person who is just self centered enough that all you have to do is say or do one thing that pisses him off and he will continue to focus all his energy toward that one thing rather than have his focus be on where the fire really is, this man has expressed more than 4,000 lies or misstatements since he has been in office. That is not to even begin to count the statements and actions he committed before he took office.

3. Do you believe Vice President Pence or Congress would go along with this idea? No I do not, but they already are complicit in this by not calling him to task on his lies, mis-statements and other actions he has committed to since becoming President. Because they are afraid of his Trump supporters who are the only people he has in his corner.

This is an old question by the date. But let us revisit it a year and a half later.

1. Hillary, for whatever you want to think of her is an iron bitch. She would have Issued the sanctions against Russia that congress has already approved. She would not have Surrendered our position in North Korea, nor would she have backed out of the Iran deal. The biggest thing Putin Gets from Trump being president is an ignorant idiot who has no idea about foreign trade, economics, foreign policy, and public policy. So the damage Trump is doing to the U.S. by dividing the ignorant and the smart, playing to the idea of white nationalism, and demonizing a whole segment of our population is enough for it to be a victory in and of itself. But, then we have Crimea, which Russia has illegally annexed, and the Ukraine is an American Treaty partner. My National Guard unit is a sister unit of the Ukrainian military, that is how close of a relationship WE ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE. And that is gone.

2. Trump, because he has filed for bankruptcy 6 times, is a pariah in the us banking industry, having to forfeit all of his holding in his casinos to the banks. SO he has had to borrow money form Russia, and Russian banks in order to continue to fiance his real estate ventures.

3. Congers is going along with this because he is willing to do whatever they want, they send him a tax bill that has made our deficit worse and he signed it. They have increased military spending, of which NONE of that money actual goes to you or me, and it goes directly into military contractor's pockets, etc. He has rolled back the asbestos rules and now asbestos can be used in construction again, who cares about mesothelioma right? Obama care will take care of that, oh wait no it won't because they are gutting that too. Number one producer of asbestos? Russian Federation...

Well if you followed the election, you would see that none of this is real. It all got started when the "Russian Dossier" was created by a Clinton linked think tank, it was passed off as real to the FISA court who then used it to spy on the Trump campaign. When they found no links they (mainstream media) shifted to the claim that Russian "bots" were spreading "fake news" via Social Media. So far there have been no links between the Russians and the President. One of his aides has gotten busted for failing to register as a foreign agent long before he was working for Trump. Another top aide got busted for lying to the FBI about Russian collusion, in that he initially said there was, but it turned out to be a lie...he got 14 days, so that should show you how much they are trying to discourage people from lying about the President.

If anyone can find a legitimate reason to impeach the President, by now it will be marred with all of this made up stuff. It wont have any credibility at this point.

Trump rightly called out CNN and MSNBC. They ARE Fake News. I thought Sarah Huckabee Sanders was a great Press Secretary but Trump has found a honey badger in Kayleigh McEnany! She is polite but doesn’t cut any slack and puts weasel Jim Acosta in his place! He gets pummeled every time he opens his STOOPID mouth! Hasn’t learned a thing and keeps coming back for more. How can you watch the press briefings and not see how dishonest and lame the propagandists in the media pool are?!! They’re AWFUL. * Mayor DeBlasio tried to blame Trump for his response and Trump masterfully put out a video showing that he tried as early as January to stop the spread and the media was saying it was no big deal. Nancy Pelosi urged people to celebrate Chinese New Year and was insinuating Trump was racist when he tried to stop flights coming in from China. They wanted it to spread. In response to DeBlasio’s requests, Trump got him what he asked for and even sent the USS Comfort there. Instead of thanking Trump and utilizing the assets, he stuck COVID patients in Nursing homes to drive the death count up. Also, hospitals had incentives to report deaths as COVID-19 when they were from other causes!!! How utterly dishonest and despicable! Putting COVID-19 positive people in Nursing Homes?!! They are the most vulnerable and he is responsible for their deaths! He tried to blame Trump!

Trump is for us. He wisely gave up his salary so that he couldn’t be accused of using his office for personal gain [like the Clintons, Biden, etc.]. I don't believe that the Trump Administration ever had anything to do with any conspiracy with Russia. In fact, the opposite is true. I believe that the failed Hillary Clinton Campaign contracted with a failed former British agent (Christopher Steele) and an incompetent "investigations" agency (Fusion GPS) run by a biased political operative to produce a false "dossier" invented by Russian intelligence personnel to falsely smear President Donald Trump. The FBI investigation, even though it was run by anti-Trump activists, reached the same conclusion, even after using multiple illegal investigations and FISA Court warrants.
