Definitely! And when I'm having a less-than-stellar day I try to chalk it off as exactly that and get up the next day with a new mind-set.

These past few days for me have been trying, and very emotional and physically exhausting, but there are people counting on me, on everyone that holds a job. Even if it isn't military, to get up and perform that job. So I wake up, put on my boots (at both jobs) and drive forward. Your body knows it's own limits. It's up to you to push the envelope. Greatness isn't born, it's achieved. You can be born royalty, and be treated like a pauper if you have no drive. An old African proverb says, "If you fall, be sure to land on your back. If you can look up, you can get up." I hold that close to the heart. Life has knocked me on my ass several times. Sometimes I had to ask for help, but there is strength in numbers. Friends, battle buddies, people you trust, family are support. Not a weakness. Look up. Get up. One step at a time, every inch gained. HUA

Everyday, no matter how little the job is or how big I always put my best so I don't go back doing it again. That is what I call self integrity. If I don't strive my best on everything I do, I would be only cheating myself. But some things are beyond my control but I still strive to change my short comings in life. Just knowing those short comings (issues) alone is my strive to make it better.
