Do you take notes during your workout - weight, time of workout, imbalances between limbs (ie. left bicep weaker than right), etc?

With the issues I have, I'm always doing mental notes for specific joints during my work out as everything else is done for health/repetition and not for weight.

SGT (Join to see) - LOL! Not a lot to remember as the weight never change and the reps begin with 20 and drop 5 each cycle... Old man's work out! LOL!
