Do you think "Kates Law" should be passed and why or why not?

Illegal Aliens who have entered the US at least once and who had committed a Felony crime comes back to the US and commits another equal or more heinous crime/felony crime and is caught...should this person recieve a mandatory 5 yr sentence?

Personally I would prefer it if we didn't support them by paying for the 5 year sentence.

I agree with this too, but what do we do with them? if we don't lock them up and just deport them, they keep coming back repeatedly.

We have had a series of administrations, including my buddy GWB, which have not done a good job of overseeing the immigration and illegal alien issues. But their respective Congresses have been extremely malfeasant in their duties, as well. That said, nothing can equal the damage done to our southern border by O'Bonzo. But it is part and parcel of his plan for the socialization of America. The immigration laws on the books today are more than sufficient to address the problem of illegals and lawful immigrants. The sole problem has been and remains to get the Congress to get off their collective fat asses and do their jobs.

Yes we need this law. We have far too many people entering our country and violating our laws. The repeat felons we have running around don't deserve the freedoms we have in this nation!
