Fear isn't going to get you the desired results. It causes "restraint" instead of "boldness." It makes people do the absolute minimum instead of striving for the maximum.<br /><br />"Good Initiative, Bad Judgement" butt-chewings are all about that. We want boldness. We want people trying too hard. Public humiliation is counter to that. Get a leader that lights someone up in public and you don't try at all for them. Curiosity keeps people entertained, but not sure if effective. I know that years ago, when I had some hanging there, it made me lay extremely low and think about what I did. Just saying....
