The southwest is already majority Hispanic and both Mexico and groups such as La Raza claim that those states are still actually part of Mexico. Eventually when the majority gets big enough they may well try. The other group most likely to try to break away and form their own government is the millions of Muslims currently flooding into the country. I doubt that it will happen in my lifetime but I do think that it is coming.
