They market to an audience to try to get the random veteran or civilian with military ties yet the decline in services is obvious. This marketing doesn't open their membership requirements. My sister can't join and I am okay with that, but they have a captive audience. <br />Their interest rates and insurance rates are no longer comparable. The money returned to members annually is way lower. I have moved on to Navy Federal. This makes them too expensive now. Everyone is offering the same coverage, cheaper.
